The FoAP project, within the Albanian Heritage Foundation, develops and maintains a national Database Management System (DBMS) for archaeological sites, monuments and historical areas. Through this system we monitor, evaluate, protect and manage the archaeological sites and monuments data in relation to their surrounding territories.

Informative panels of the Rozafa castle.
On March 2011 the touristic informative panels of Rozafa castle, in Shkodra, prepared by FoAP project in collaboration with the Office for Administration and Coordination of Rozafa archaeological park were displayed in the site. Please click for more information.
Survey of the historic city of Shkodra, in the north-western territory of Albania. During September and October 2010, FoAP carried out a wide scale survey in the historic city of Shkodra, aiming at recording the cities built heritage and establish a database recording system and the digital map of the historical area of the city.
