FASTI online project

As 2008, FoAP have represented Albania as part of the FASTI online project, a web – based GIS database that contains basic records of Mediterranean excavations undertaken since 2000. The inclusion of Albania in the FASTI programme provides a wider level of access to Albanian archaeological research, both for the international community and the wider Albanian public. So far, the project has submitted in the FASTI 85 records of excavated sites in Albania including CAD plans and record sheets spanning 158 seasons. Data are presented in Albanian and English.
